If you do not want to buy tables and chairs for your party you can reach out to a local rental company in your area. Some will just drop them off and pick them up and some will set them up and break them down as well.
How Should I Setup My Party Up?
We have done thousands of Hibachi parties and find that tables and chairs setup in a U shape work the best. Its also nice to theme the party which adds to the fun. Decorations can be based on the event, bachelorette, birthday, graduation or an Asian/Hibachi themed atmosphere.
